Alumni Foundation E-mail 

The 2002 Distinguished Alumni award was presented to Russell M. Pry, class of 1976, at the Foundation’s annual business meeting this past November 24^th. 

Russ, a partner in the law firm McCarty & Pry, was instrumental in helping form the Alumni Foundation. He is the legal counsel for the Mogadore School System, was on the Mogadore Village Council for two terms.  He is also the Law Director for The Village of Boston Heights and Northfield Center Township.  Some of his clients include The Ohio State Firefighters’ Association and The United Chemical Workers.

Russ is the chairman of the Summit County Democratic Party and was selected as the Ohio Democrat of the Year in 2002.
