On Friday, October 6th before the coin toss of the Mogadore/Southeast football game, a moment of silence was given to honor Jim Owens.
Jim was a long time Mogadore fan who volunteered in numerous community projects throughout his life. He also served as a chain gang member for 27 years.
Mr. and Mrs. Owens' five sons and family watched on as mother Carol participated in the coin toss as honorary captains for the Cats. Cats won the toss of course!
