Mogadore Girls Youth Basketball Sign-Ups for Grades 3-6

  • Information Sheet about the program

  • Registration forms

    • Print out the form and mail/send it to MHS with the $125 payment, OR

    • Send the registration form digitally to Coach Ritch (mo_ritch@mogadore.net) and send the payment to MHS.

  • Cost is $125 via cash or checks made out to Mogadore Girls Youth Basketball. All money should be sent to the high school, Attention: Coach Ritch

  • All forms and money be sent to MHS by Friday, October 11th.

  • Any questions regarding registration or payment can be directed to Coach Ritch via email (mo_ritch@mogadore.net), all other questions can be directed to Mike Smith (330.801.4422)
