If you are interested in the CCP program or a returning CCP student, you are invited to a Virtual CCP Informational Meeting on Thursday, March 5, at 6:00p.m.

Before attending the meeting, it would be helpful for you to review a few documents.
Students interested in taking summer or fall CCP classes must submit the Annual Intent to Participate in CCP Form to Mrs. Warren by April 1. The Annual Counseling Session Verification Form is due each year before taking any CCP classes. We recommend submitting both forms together.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you can schedule a time during the school day to meet with Mrs. Warren in-person, over the phone, or via Zoom. This will satisfy the CCP Counseling Session requirement. As a reminder, returning CCP students and their parent or guardian must attend a CCP Informational Meeting each year and submit the required forms by the April 1 deadline as well.

Annual Intent to Participate in CCP Form due by April 1 for the upcoming Academic Year; Nov. 1 for the next semester or term only; Annual Counseling Verification Form due before taking CCP classes
Remember to submit the Annual Intent to Participate in CCP Form along with the Annual Counseling Session Verification Form to Mrs. Warren by the April 1 deadline.
